Delivery Time

Products are always dispatched as quickly as possible after the order confirmation has been received. 

The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days..

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays.

Shipping Method

Products are delivered using the shipping method selected by the customer. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection or is on its way.

Shipments are handled through our partner Shipit Oy Ab.

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee for online store orders is a fixed 6,9€ per shipment. Orders over €12 are delivered free of charge using your selected shipping carrier.

Payment Methods

Payment services are provided by Verifone. Verifone is a payment institution licensed by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are processed in Verifone's secure payment environment.

Online Payment Security

We use a secure SSL-encrypted connection when processing credit card details and other order information. We do not store credit card information in our systems. Payment information is processed and stored in Verifone's secure, PCI DSS-certified system.

Product Inspection and Defective Products

If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product, please contact us immediately at info@kahjo.eu.

Returns

You may cancel your order and return the products within 14 days of placing the order. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products. If you wish to return any products, please contact our customer service at info@kahjo.eu.

A binding purchase agreement comes into effect once the order has been processed. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email. Kahjo.eu reserves the right to change prices and order and delivery terms on an order-by-order basis. However, the customer must always accept the applicable terms and conditions before placing an order.
